Provide reporting on budgeting, HR and other topics as required by the manager. Request reports from other teams on as needed basis.
Provide qualified feedback on the reports given, identify key information and present it.
Support implementation of new processes. Provide timely and accurate feedback on various procedures and topics to the Director to support continuous improvement and change management in the Department.
Collaborate with other cross functional teams to optimize processes in and outside of the systems. Collect and aggregate information required by the Director.
Support the description of business and HR management processes in the Department.
Identify key issues and process development opportunities and prepare proposals for Director’s review.
Plan and manage processes and practices in responsibility and ensure that they are aligned with Department operational vision, business goals and objectives.
Training of new and current employees in Department about business processes.
Support day-to-day activities of the Director: follow-up, coordination and communication of any HR and budget issues for the Department and related teams, independently and on behalf of the Director.
Support in translation for confidential and sensitive HR topics.
Provide support for supervisor’s meetings as needed, minutes keeping.
Work on individual tasks as set by the Director.
Higher education, major in linguistics or branding/marketing/economics/management.
Very strong knowledge of the English language and well-developed translation skills (English-Russian language pair).
2-3 years in positions of increasing responsibilities in one of the following: translator and translation process manager, project manager, administrative assistant, analyst.
Knowledge of business processes in large companies.
Formatting skills (MS Office).
Accuracy and attention to detail, flexibility and aspiration to learn new things.
